Trainings
We bring state-of-the-art research into the classroom with our unique training in the use of procedurally just policing. This training teaches officers and civilians the critical elements of interactional justice that promote positive encounters with the community. We also offer community policing, cultural diversity, and organizational justice trainings for line-level staff, supervisors, and command staff.
Surveys
Want to know what your officers think of the job and agency? We conduct climate surveys that assess job satisfaction, organizational commitment, occupational culture, and other attitudinal dimensions. Surveying can be done face-to-face or online. In-depth interviewing is also available.
